The Idea
The site was created to preserve the history of the lake shore underground D.I.Y.
punk scene.
We are a collective that welcomes every person who is passionate about this scene to help shape what this is.
We have been collecting music on the bandcamp since 2017 and the site now features bands from the 1980's to today.
in 2024 the site shifted into featuring field recordings of live shows specifically focusing on new bands to the scene.
In 2025 we have released our first album as a D.I.Y. Label. our releases focus on feature hand made components and every release will have a limited hand lathe cut 7in accompanying it.

I collect everything.
I’ve always been a collector of the things I love. When I find something cool I hold onto it and don’t let go. This is the first collection I’ve kept that has meant something real.
The punk scene was the first place I found to fit into and I believe it is important to preserve and share the history. For better or worse this scene was important to a lot of people. and the past can teach us a lot about the future.
The young punx who have taken this history and make it their own are so inspiring. Everyday someone takes that leap to go to their first show and will never be the same. All the bands that take part started as a dream to get up on that same stage.
Out of an immense respect for the courage it takes to do it.
